Die Deutschen Teilnehmer + Trainer
Vergangene Woche fuhren Huy und Moritz zusammen mit Freunden der 39er Kampfkunstschule aus Magdeburg zum einwöchentlichen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu -Trainingslager der Teams Mighty Bulls und Berserkers in Stare Kalensko/Polen.
Täglich gab es unter Leitung von Piotr Baginski und Grzegorz Jakubowski Lauf-,Technik-, Sparring, conditioning and Valetudo units.
There was a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
The level in Poland is high and the density of athletes in all the belts and weight classes can be found in Germany still are missing. Thus, the trip was worth without question.
